To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual as

HR Generalist (m/f/d) 60% - 80% 

Your tasks:

• Handling the entire HR administration together with the HR admin team throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Trusted first point of contact for our employees regarding questions or concerns about HR topics
• Administrative support for our HR Business Partners in all HR-related matters
• Maintaining master data in SAP (including entries, exits, changes, organisational transfers, org management, etc.)
• Responsible for accident/illness reporting including social insurance
• Communication with external partners, including authorities, offices, and pension funds
• Active participation in the design and implementation of HR projects as well as continuous development of internal HR processes
• General administrative tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training, further education in HR
• Several years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in industry
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, detail-oriented and reliable working style
• Team-oriented, flexible and resilient doer personality
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is a must
