What to expect with us

During your four-year apprenticeship, you will get to know the versatile IT world of Swisslos. You will work with modern IT systems and be part of our team from the very beginning.

You will learn, among other things,

• to install, configure and maintain IT systems,
• to analyse faults and find solutions,
• to work with hardware and software,
• to support our employees with IT questions and problems,
• to apply your IT knowledge step by step in practice.

During this time, you are encouraged to think along, ask questions, try new things and actively participate in the team even during your apprenticeship.

What you bring with you

• Completion of secondary school level E or P
• Passed ICT Multicheck (requirement)
• German as mother tongue
• Good knowledge of English
• Great interest in IT and technology
• Enjoy learning and solving problems
• Openness, reliability and team spirit
• Friendly and good manners
