- Driving the use of AI in Category Marketing and on the platform: identifying use cases, building prototypes, transferring to productive operation and ensuring that teams actually use them
- Interface to IT: definition of business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritisation in the backlog as well as responsibility for testing and rollout
- Bringing together Category Marketing within Commercial with Marketing and IT, creating alignment and ensuring initiatives stay on track
- Creation of business cases, evaluations and management updates as well as measuring the impact of our marketing initiatives
- Your success metrics: measurement of economic success, process efficiency, resource utilisation, productive use of automations and AI as well as adoption and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Good understanding of processes and automation; experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Power Automate or SQL is a plus
- Experience in collaboration with IT and development teams, with agile methods as well as Jira and Confluence and strong conceptual skills
- High affinity for numbers and analyses, confident handling of Excel and BI tools
