What tasks await you?

• Active support and advice to customers in the field of stainless steel semi-finished products
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Competent, solution-oriented handling of customer enquiries
• Creating, tracking and following up on offers
• Continuous monitoring of agreed delivery dates
• Prompt handling of complaints and returns
• Active collaboration with the field sales team
• Identifying further market potential and acquiring new customers
• Regular exchange of market and product information with the responsible product managers
• Independent purchasing for acquisitions of drop shipments

What do you bring to the position?

• Technical basic training or commercial basic training with technical understanding in industrial metals with a focus on stainless steel
• Several years of professional experience in trade and the metal industry
• High affinity for working with IT systems (e.g. MS Dynamics 365, CRM or similar), good MS Office skills; Excel skills mandatory
• Very good German skills, French, Italian and English skills are an advantage
• Independent, precise and prompt working style, combined with teamwork and enjoyment in dealing with people
