Nurse Specialist with Special Responsibilities (mbA) in Management for Cardiac Surgery 80-100%

Your Area of Responsibility
- Representing the group and department management during absences
- Supporting and structured onboarding of new employees
- Planning and coordinating appointments, holidays, further training and shift requests
- Administrative tasks (list management, minutes, PowerPoint, registrations)
- Project work on processes, materials, administration and medication management
- Responsibility in complex nursing situations and coordination of the ward round process
- Daily responsibility and interface management in ward routine
- Active participation in the implementation of annual goals
What Distinguishes You
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse HF/FH with acute care experience
- Professional experience in acute care
- Organisational talent, initiative and enjoyment of coordination
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance in an interprofessional environment
- Motivation to take responsibility and actively shape processes
- Passion for nursing and a high level of service commitment
