Our inventory management team at the Transa office in Zurich is looking to strengthen with a Inventory Management Clerk 80 - 100 % from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement.

YOUR SPECIALITY AS AN INVENTORY MANAGEMENT CLERK
- Matching supplier invoices with orders and goods receipts in our ERP system. Your thing.
- Checking price and quantity discrepancies and requesting credit notes for incorrect deliveries or price differences and keeping an eye on them. You have an eye for detail.
- Data entry and maintenance of article, supplier and price master data in the ERP system. Data quality is important to you.
- Preparing invoices for payment runs as well as processing returns and complaints. Of course.
- Entering goods orders in the ERP system and transmitting them to our suppliers. Naturally.
- Monitoring delivery dates, obtaining status updates, proactively reacting to delays and ensuring solutions before it becomes critical. Absolutely.
- Supporting the purchasing team in daily operational administrative tasks. Naturally.
- Enjoying participating in projects for digitalisation and automation. Yes, gladly.
THIS IS YOU
- A completed vocational training, ideally as a commercial clerk EFZ or retail specialist EFZ. Career changers are also very welcome.
- Knowledge of the retail industry. Would be ideal.
- Working on the PC and with various systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, MS Office programmes, project management tools. You are used to it.
- You connect information and enjoy analysing processes to understand and optimise workflows. Wonderful.
- You manage well orally in French? An advantage.
- Your environment describes you as reliable, precise and structured. Exactly.
