You chose the profession of social pedagogy because you want to not only accompany children and adolescents but actively shape their development. In the TWSG, you will encounter one of the most demanding fields of work in our institution: you work with children and adolescents who, due to their complex cognitive and psychological challenges, require special expertise, energy, relational skills, and creativity. It takes true specialists – or people who want to embark on this path with passion, courage, and willingness to learn.
You appreciate a large scope of action, clear structures, and a work environment that combines professional quality with openness to innovation. You see challenges as opportunities to explore new paths and develop solutions together with a committed team. You will be supported by an interdisciplinary environment with professionals from social pedagogy, curative education, psychiatry, and psychology who work closely together.
If you want to become part of the TWSG team, in addition to a positive attitude, ability to reflect, resilience, flexibility, and humor, you also bring at least a diploma from a university of applied sciences (FH) or higher technical school (HF) in social work / social pedagogy or a related field. This enables you to create a high-quality, theory-driven, and at the same time practical framework for children and adolescents in extraordinary life situations.
