Customer Support Advisor
Main tasks
- Advise clients in basic services such as payment transactions, savings, investments, and pension plans
- Participate in the development of the private client portfolio
- Respond to all spontaneous client requests
- Support clients with digital banking solutions
- Participate in internal controls and inventories
- Ensure proper operation of debit and credit devices as well as cash services
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the role
- Participate in the training of apprentices and new employees
Professional skills and abilities
- Commercial employee CFC, ideally in a banking environment
- Proven initial experience in a client-facing position
- Ease in advisory and sales activities
- Oral and written communication skills
- Perfect command of French and proficiency in a foreign language (German and/or English)
- Driver's license and vehicle available (in case of replacement at another site)
