The focus is on comprehensive support for SMEs as well as private clients in the areas of finance and accounting, taxes and administration. Due to a replacement, I am looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with numbers and wishes to actively contribute their expertise and initiative.
SPECIALIST Fiduciary (40–100%) (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- Independent management of financial accounting for SMEs from various industries
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to OR
- Responsibility for payroll administration including monthly payroll runs, billing and social security
- Processing of tax returns for natural and legal persons including assessment reviews
- Support with company formations as well as with restructurings and business management issues
- Competent support and advice to clients in all fiduciary and administrative matters
- Completed commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
- Further training in the fiduciary sector (e.g. fiduciary clerk or in training for this) is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in finance and accounting as well as ideally in payroll accounting
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Independent, structured and precise way of working with a high awareness of quality
- Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers and enjoyment of direct customer contact
