What to expect from us:

• You are the first point of contact for IT questions regarding PC workstations, peripherals, and our ERP system
• You handle support requests and issues professionally – analyze, document, and escalate if necessary
• You manage our networks, servers, and software solutions in daily operations
• You set up new IT workstations and mobile devices, keep them in shape, and assist users with practical tips
• You also contribute to 2nd level support and work closely with our external partners (3rd level)
• You ensure that knowledge and documentation within the team are not lost but benefit everyone

What you should bring:

• A completed education in the field of computer science or relevant work experience
• Practical knowledge of PCs, Windows, O365, network setups, and mobile devices
• You enjoy working in a team, are proactive, reliable, and think quickly
• You communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and remain cool under pressure
