The interdisciplinary partial inpatient treatment offer at the Clienia Psychiatry Centre Wetzikon complements the inpatient and outpatient treatment settings and represents an important component for coping with crises, stabilisation, or follow-up treatment after hospital stays.
Our treatment offer is aimed at people aged 18 and over with various psychiatric disorders, including affective disorders (depression, anxiety disorders), emotion regulation disorders, personality disorders, psychotic illnesses, and ADHD.
Your Tasks
- Support the Head of Nursing Day Clinics in their leadership duties and independently take on areas of responsibility
- Represent and support the Head of Nursing in administrative, organisational, and personnel matters, as well as assume leadership tasks during their absence
- Plan, lead, and review therapeutic group offerings
- Participate in specialist working groups and projects
- Ensure cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration
- Lead individual conversations, group offerings, and reports
- Contribute to the further development of the treatment concept, review nursing quality
- Support patients in crisis situations
Your Profile
For this exciting role, you bring a nursing qualification at HF/FH level and several years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing. Are you interested in further training in leadership roles and developing the day clinic offer together with management?
