Chef de Partie (on the Ship) (a)
80% - 100% Lucerne
We are looking for Chefs de Partie for our ships (a)
(without room hour)
These are your tasks
- You organise the ship's kitchen and prepare the mise en place independently
- You are the contact person for the chefs and office staff on the ship
- You ensure a smooth à la carte and banquet service
- You consistently implement the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP) in the kitchen
What we expect from you
- You have a chef EFZ qualification or comparable experience
- You are a motivated and reliable person who enjoys regional and seasonal dishes
- You are well organised, structured, a team player and enjoy working on the lake
- You speak German (additional languages are a plus)
