Your tasks
- Notification and recording of sickness and accident absences
- Contact with employees who are on sick leave or have had an accident (e.g. recovery, return planning)
- Collaboration with insurance companies (e.g. daily sickness benefits, accident insurance)
- Coordination of medical certificates and deadlines
- Coordination of continued salary payments during illness or accident
- Support with reintegration (return-to-work, part-time solutions, etc.)
- Documentation and file management in the personnel management system
- Occasional collaboration with case management or internal managers
Desired profile
- EFZ as commercial employee or equivalent qualification
- Experience in human resources
- Further training as HR assistant is an advantage
- Basic understanding of social insurance and labour law (UVG, KTG, etc.) or further training is an advantage
- Independent working style and high quality awareness, good organisation
- Discretion (very sensitive personnel data)
- Communication skills with employees and insurance companies
- Motivated, dynamic, proactive and responsible personality, open to new things
- Proficiency in German or French with excellent knowledge of the other language as well as good English skills is an advantage
