Project Manager (a) 80-100% [Ref:2803]

• Leading demanding ICT projects end-to-end with responsibility for scope, deadlines, budget, quality, risks, and the agreed benefits
• Managing project teams and technical leads, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring timely decisions
• Ensuring quality gates, tests, approvals, and orderly handover to operations
• Ensuring a clean project closure and transparent handover
• Clarifying project goals and translating them into a realistic roadmap, clear work packages, and binding responsibilities

• You ideally have a higher education in computer science/business administration, as well as at least 4 years of experience as an IT project manager
• You ideally master one or more of the common project management methods
• You are an organised, curious, and independent person with an open and communicative manner and can engage appropriately with all project participants
• You bring a high level of service and customer orientation and are characterised by strong social skills
• You communicate fluently in German, have good knowledge of English, ideally also French

• You work in a motivated and competent team at the forefront of digitalisation in the Swiss healthcare system and actively shape the future
