IMEX Delicatessen AG is a trading company in the fine food sector offering over 1,000 exquisite delicacies in its range. In addition to our trading business, we operate our own production facility where we create exclusive proprietary products. We also impress in the gift sector with creativity, flexibility, and high quality.

To strengthen our small, dedicated team, we are looking for a service-oriented and reliable individual who wishes to optimally apply their experience and organisational talent in internal sales – especially in sales.

Your tasks

• Telephone customer support and sales in German and French
• Processing of telephone and written customer orders
• Processing and control of transport orders
• Invoicing and dunning (accounts receivable accounting)
• General administrative tasks
• Support in maintaining the webshop and digital sales processes
• Occasional customer visits and field service assignments (approx. 1–2 days per week during the off-season) to maintain and deepen existing customer relationships

Your skills

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in trade is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and sales
• Native German speaker, good oral skills in French and English
• Precise, structured and reliable working style
• Resilient, team-oriented personality with organisational talent
• Confident handling of modern IT systems as well as affinity for digital business processes
• Interest in food products
