What to expect
- In this exciting role, you support the product management of the private label department in graphic and content-related matters
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with design guidelines (CI/CD) and their implementation, especially for packaging, user manuals, and labels
- With your pronounced creativity, you develop and create designs for private label products
- Your tasks also include creating stylesheets for suppliers
- You are responsible for preparing and quality checking data for web and print
- You support the content team in creating text modules for packaging, labels, and private label websites
- Planning and coordinating a project from A to Z is within your area of responsibility
- Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners throughout the entire product process
What you bring
- A completed apprenticeship as a prepress operator (EFZ) or graphic designer
- Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) as well as MS Office
- Strong social skills in collaboration with product management and other internal stakeholders
- High initiative, reliability, and a great degree of independence
- Confident German as well as good English skills, both written and spoken
- Affinity and interest in photo and video
- Ideally first experience with CMS systems or structured content processes
- Interest in efficient workflows, process optimisation, and standardisation
- Basic knowledge in handling AI tools, as well as web publishing (WordPress or similar)
