About the job

• In this exciting role, you support the product management of the private label department in graphic and content-related matters

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with design guidelines (CI/CD) and their implementation, especially for packaging, user manuals, and labels

• With your pronounced creativity, you develop and create designs for private label products

• Your tasks also include creating stylesheets for suppliers

• You are responsible for preparing and quality checking data for web and print

• You support the content team in creating text modules for packaging, labels, and private label websites

• Planning and coordinating a project from A to Z is within your area of responsibility

• Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners throughout the entire product process

• A completed apprenticeship as a prepress operator (EFZ) or graphic designer

• Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design

• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) as well as MS Office

• Strong social skills in collaboration with product management and other internal stakeholders

• High initiative, reliability, and a great degree of independence

• Confident German as well as good English skills, both written and spoken

• Affinity and interest in photo and video

• Ideally first experience with CMS systems or structured content processes

• Interest in efficient workflows, process optimisation, and standardisation

• Basic knowledge in handling AI tools, as well as web publishing (WordPress or similar)
