You know the roofing trade, like to take responsibility and find a solution even when it has to be done at short notice? Then help us shape the customer service of Bernaroof AG.
In this management role, you lead our customer service team and are an important contact person for our customers. You combine technical knowledge with organisational talent and ensure that maintenance, repair and minor renovation work is carried out reliably. You have a lot of independence and the freedom to actively develop your specialist area. Careful training and the support of our team will make it easier for you to get started.
Tasks to be done
- You lead and develop the customer service team and are responsible for the specialist area professionally, organisationally and economically.
- You plan the employees and coordinate maintenance, repair and minor renovation work as well as short-term assignments.
- You assess the condition of roofs and seals on site and develop appropriate solutions.
- You look after existing customer relationships, win new orders and further expand the maintenance business.
- You prepare quotations and accompany the orders from the first enquiry to invoicing.
- You keep an eye on costs, quality and deadlines and ensure comprehensible documentation.
- You develop processes and services together with your team and management.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a roofer EFZ or a comparable qualification in the building envelope sector with sound experience in flat roofing.
- You have experience in independently handling orders, ideally in customer service, maintenance or project management.
- Further training as a group leader, foreman, master craftsman or in the technical or commercial field is an advantage.
- You lead people with clarity and appreciation and like to take responsibility.
- You think entrepreneurially, organise proactively and set the right priorities even for short-term requests.
- You present yourself reliably to customers, communicate clearly and negotiate solution-oriented.
- You are confident in using digital work tools and hold a category B driving licence.
- A company vehicle is available for your customer visits, which you can also use privately.
