Residential Area Manager 80-100%

Your Tasks

You take over the professional and personnel management of the employees and ensure a high quality of care processes in the department
You lead your team with commitment, lead by example and promote motivation as well as collaboration
You support the planning, coordination and organisation of daily care based on our care concept
You ensure a smooth flow of information between residents, relatives and the care team
You work closely with the Head of Care and support them in organisational, administrative and strategic tasks
You actively contribute to care and take on assigned duties, including weekend shifts
You accompany and support apprentices and interns in their training and further education

What You Bring

Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or specialist in long-term care and support BP
Experience as a team leader/ward manager
Several years of experience in long-term care
Enjoyment in leading, developing and motivating employees as well as working in a team
Strong communication and social skills in dealing with residents, relatives and employees
You understand Swiss German and speak fluent High German
