Your Mission

In your pivotal role, you skilfully juggle between account management and internal and external partners and customers to ensure sales success. You strengthen the excellent team spirit by further developing existing processes or creating new ones. Your active participation in daily business is as appreciated as your work on the system.

Sales Team Leader 80 - 100 %

Your Daily Activities

• Management of account management and internal sales
• Active development and design of business processes
• Active selling of Diartis solutions and expansion of the customer base
• Active support of your own customers as an account manager
• Preparation of offers including management of incoming orders and deliveries
• ERP superuser
• Management of the customer base in ERP and CRM
• Handling of complaints
• Controlling tasks in budget and forecast processes

How You Enrich Our Team

• Several years of experience in sales and staff management
• Experience in account management, preferably in the IT and software development environment
• The customer is at the centre of your actions
• You have a commercial education or business management training
• Initiative is not a foreign word to you
• Team player with strong social skills and personal responsibility
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• German is your mother tongue and you are proficient in French
