YOUR TASK AREAS

Processing and handling of claims within the group as well as administrative tasks
Collaboration with the external broker and clarification of questions regarding insurance topics
Assistance in assessing contractual insurance requirements
Support in optimizing processes and workflows in the insurance area
Administrative support for the Global Mobility Specialist
Preparation of documents in the assignment process
Coordination with external Global Mobility providers on various topics

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ongoing studies in business administration/law or a comparable field
Independent and reliable working style, analytical & communication skills
Good German and English skills
Interest in commercial issues
