The Public Health Service (SSP) aims to guarantee the promotion, maintenance and restoration of the population’s health. Health must be accessible to all, at an affordable cost. The SSP is the centre of expertise for all questions related to the major themes of public health. It identifies the population’s health needs, ensures an adequate offer and monitors the quality of services. Within the authorisation, supervision and legal affairs division, you will join a dynamic team and participate in the management and monitoring of authorisation files for health professionals and health institutions.
In this context, you will notably contribute to:
- Processing authorisation requests to practise for health professionals, to operate health institutions, as well as admission to practise under compulsory health insurance
- Independently ensuring the follow-up of files, in compliance with the legal bases and procedures in force
- Ensuring the smooth progress of the various stages of the files and identifying any problems or inconsistencies
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to the sector’s activities
- Providing information to residents and health professionals in the field of public health
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, notably in administrative processing and file monitoring
- Rigor, organisational skills and accuracy in handling files and data
- Ability to reliably apply procedures and ensure quality administrative follow-up
- Capacity to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Comfort with IT tools and interest in new digital tools and processes
- Fluent in French, with good knowledge of German (level B1-B2)
