You know payroll inside out and want to take on more responsibility? As a Senior Payroll Specialist (temporary), you independently manage the payroll processing from A to Z!

Our client is a larger Swiss company with professional HR structures and complex payroll processes. You will work in an experienced team and take on a demanding area of responsibility. Together, we are looking for a new team member as a "Senior Payroll Specialist 80-100%". This position is initially limited to eight months, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment depending on suitability or interest. The start date is immediate or by arrangement. 

Your tasks with the new employer:

• In this role, you are responsible for the monthly payroll processing independently and ensure a correct payroll run for several hundred employees
• You handle all tasks related to payroll independently, including changes, absences, and variable salary components
• You process social insurances and withholding taxes professionally and on time
• You carry out year-end tasks, reconciliations, and controls independently and resolve discrepancies directly with the responsible departments
• For complex payroll questions, you contribute your experience and support the further development of existing processes

• Experience in a large company with extensive structures and demanding payroll processes is mandatory
• Solid SAP experience is part of your professional routine and enables you to handle payroll processes confidently
