We are looking for a technically skilled individual to support and further develop a modern Microsoft-based IT landscape. Your area of responsibility ranges from workplace systems and mobile devices to servers and cloud services, as well as identity, security, and IT projects.
You are an important interface between IT, specialist departments, and external partners. With a structured and service-oriented approach, you ensure reliable operations while also contributing your own ideas to optimise the infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Administration and further development of client, server, cloud, and workplace infrastructures
Support of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, as well as user and permission structures
Installation and commissioning of workplace devices, mobile devices, and peripherals
Monitoring systems, handling faults, and implementing security requirements
Support in projects, system migrations, rollouts, and technical changes
Management of asset, licence, and configuration data as well as creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Coordination of maintenance work, external IT partners, and suppliers
Support of specialist departments with technical questions, specialised applications, and interfaces
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, ideally EFZ
Further education in computer science or comparable technical qualification is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure support
Solid knowledge in the Microsoft environment with M365, Entra ID, and Intune
Practical experience with clients, servers, mobile devices, and IT peripherals
Good knowledge of IT security, identity & access management, and infrastructure administration
Experience with IT projects, rollouts, and migrations
High personal responsibility, independent and structured working style
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
