To strengthen our HR organisation in St. Gallen, we are looking for an experienced individual as Senior HR Business Partner Manufacturing (all genders) who will strategically and operationally support our production areas and actively contribute to the further development of our performance- and value-oriented corporate culture.
Your role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you are a central interface between HR and the business. You work closely with managers, global HR teams, as well as internal and external partners, and play a key role in implementing our HR strategy in the production environment.
Your tasks
- Implementation of the global and segment-specific HR strategy at regional and local levels
- Advising and supporting managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management, retention, offboarding)
- Coaching managers on leadership topics, employee development and engagement
- Ensuring consistent application of global HR policies while considering local legal and cultural requirements
- Supporting organisational changes (e.g. reorganisations, role adjustments) including communication and change management
- Promoting an inclusive, high-performing and health-oriented corporate culture
- Analysing HR metrics to derive recommendations for action for management
- Supporting talent and succession planning processes in close collaboration with HR colleagues
- Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements in cooperation with Employee Relations, Legal and Compliance
- Living and actively promoting our corporate values
Your profile
- Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field (Master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM/CIPD advantageous)
- At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a global or matrix-organised environment
- Sound knowledge of core HR disciplines as well as labour law
- Experience in supporting HR initiatives and change processes
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confident handling of HR systems as well as Microsoft Office
- Fluent English skills, additional languages advantageous
