Team Leader Export and Order Processing 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF97,500 - 110,500Our client is an internationally active industrial company with many years of experience. Quality, innovative solutions and the continuous development of products and processes are at the core.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and further development of an international export and supply chain team.
Coordination of worldwide spare parts supply and ensuring timely deliveries.
Management of international material planning considering demand and delivery deadlines.
Responsibility for price calculation and commercial fundamentals of the export business.
Coordination with sales, purchasing, production and international branches.
Analysis of inventory levels, goods movements and delivery metrics.
Monitoring process quality and implementing optimisations in the export environment.
Digitalisation and standardisation of international order and planning processes.
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial apprenticeship with further training in export, foreign trade, logistics or supply chain management.
Several years of experience in international export processing in an industrial company.
Knowledge in material disposition, spare parts supply or international order processing.
Experience in coordinating international supply chains and cross-site processes.
Initial leadership experience or potential to take on personnel responsibility.
Analytical understanding of inventory management, cost structures and process metrics.
Good ERP and MS Office skills.
Fluent German and business fluent English.
