Job Description
- Receipt, inspection, and booking of incoming goods
- Verification of delivery documents and ensuring GMP-/GDP-compliant documentation
- Proper storage of materials and products in compliance with applicable quality guidelines
- Conducting inventory checks and responsibility for accurate stock management
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment
- Creation and application of labels according to internal and regulatory requirements
- Support with inventories and continuous optimisation of warehouse and logistics processes
- Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse area
Profile
- Completed training in logistics or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or life sciences
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written
- SAP knowledge is a great advantage
- Knowledge of GDP guidelines (Good Distribution Practice) is beneficial
- Structured, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
- Team player with a high level of responsibility
