Lead and manage – as Head of Office of the Debt Collection Office in Biel, you assume overall responsibility for the professional and personnel management of the office. You ensure the efficient processing of procedures and accompany the further development of the office.

Your tasks

• Organisationally, personnel-wise and professionally lead the Biel office with 35 employees and represent it to the public and partners
• Conduct internal controlling and report to the head of the office
• Actively participate in the further development of the office and the employees
• Handle complex procedures and legal enquiries
• Plan, lead and coordinate meetings and projects

Your profile

• Completed training as a debt collection specialist with a federal professional certificate
• Several years of professional experience in debt collection and leadership experience
• Resilient, assertive and able to think in a networked way
• Confident in spoken and written communication with debtors, creditors, lawyers and authorities
• Very good German skills (C2), French fluent in negotiations (at least B1)
• Impeccable reputation (no debt collection proceedings)
