About the job

We offer elderly people a safe and comfortable home – right in the heart of Ittigen. Our residence comprises 123 apartments as well as a care department with 25 single rooms. At the centre of our work are appreciation, humanity, and respectful interaction.

To strengthen our management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and experienced individual as Head of our HR department.

What to expect with us

• Overall responsibility for operational Human Resources management for approximately 120 employees
• Responsibility for the entire payroll including social insurance, withholding tax, and annual financial statements
• Recruitment of specialist and managerial staff
• Advice and support for the management and executives on all HR matters
• Personnel development, training and further education planning
• Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements (OR, L-GAV, internal guidelines)
• Maintenance of already established and well-structured processes
• Participation in HR projects and organisational development
• Leadership of one team member

What you bring with you

• Completed further training in the HR field (HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent further training) with experience in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of payroll and the Swiss social insurance system, as well as Swiss labour law
• Strong social skills, independent and solution-oriented working style
• High integrity, loyalty and discretion in handling confidential HR and personnel data
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working in the health/social sector
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
