About the job
The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.
At our locations in Biberist and Zuchwil, we are looking for dedicated specialists and assistants for our adult living environments relief pool.
Care Specialist, Nursing Specialist, Health Specialist, Assistant, Relief Pool Adult Living Environments, 10-100%
What to expect
- As a care specialist or assistant, you accompany and support clients in their individual daily and leisure activities
- As a nursing specialist or assistant, you carry out professional basic and treatment care (depending on your training direction)
Your profile
- Completed training in healthcare or social services at tertiary level or secondary level II, Health and Social Assistance or SRK Nursing Assistant
- Professional experience in healthcare and social services and a special flair for working with people with disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and psychological resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook)
Your perspective
- You decide the maximum workload you want to work. This way, you can definitely balance work and family and/or leisure time.
- You determine if and when you are available to support various teams as needed in cases of illness or other staff shortages.
- You have an hourly wage contract and are paid according to actual deployment.
