Maintenance Technician, 80 - 100%

Your Tasks

• Preventive maintenance work on all equipment at the Winterthur plant according to Mobility Work planning (maintenance software) and assignment
• Troubleshooting on the equipment
• Defined inspection rounds according to maintenance specifications with feedback in Mobility Work
• Carrying out maintenance and repair orders according to instructions and specifications from the maintenance management
• Assisting with major maintenance work, occasional extraordinary deployments (e.g. Saturday / cantonal holiday) as well as during winter and summer shutdowns
• Recording faults and downtimes in Mobility Work
• Reporting maintenance material and spare parts consumption and requirements
• Carrying out 5S and WCM activities in the area
• Production support on the equipment
• Cross-plant collaboration Winterthur / Volketswil

Your Profile

• Trained electrician, locksmith, agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic,
• Electrician or similar
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Knowledge of Siematic S7 / Profibus and Profinet is an advantage
• Pneumatics knowledge
• Experience in maintenance of heavy machinery as well as experience in conveyor and drive technology
• Experienced team player with process understanding
• Openness in dealing with new media/tools
• Good German language skills
