What you can achieve with us
- With your organisational talent, you support the Case Managers Integration & Adult Pension and help ensure that our customers receive new professional perspectives.
- You coordinate and carry out administrative tasks.
- You prepare documents and provide telephone information.
- Together with the other team members, you are responsible for the reception area and mail dispatch.
- You act proactively, contribute your own ideas and help to further develop the team.
Which skills are important to us
- You have a commercial education and at least two years of professional experience.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the social insurance system or are willing to acquire the relevant knowledge.
- Thanks to your quick grasp, you can take on tasks independently in a short time.
- You think and act in a service-oriented and empathetic manner towards customers and colleagues.
- You work efficiently and keep an overview even in hectic times.
- With your constructive, helpful and reliable manner, you contribute to a good atmosphere in the team.
- You are committed and bring motivation and initiative to your work.
- Your mother tongue is German or French, and you have very good oral and written skills in the other language.

Annualised working time (42 hours/week), possibility of part-time and mobile work, paid breaks
