Your tasks

With your positive attitude, your sales talent and your enthusiasm for direct customer contact, you convince daily on the phone. You actively, purposefully and with great commitment look after our customers – and manage not only to maintain relationships but to develop them sustainably.

As a dynamic and communicative personality, you actively bring your knowledge, experience and joy of sales into our team. You take responsibility for the nationwide support of our existing customer base in active telephone sales and help to identify and successfully develop new potentials.

Together with your team, you share responsibility for turnover and make an important contribution to our success with your professional, convincing and profitable advice. Your strong presence on the phone, your enjoyment of dealing with people and your sensitivity to customer needs make you a valuable sales personality in our company.

Your profile

• Training or professional experience in the food industry (e.g. certified meat specialist or certified cook)
• Experience in sales, ideally in telephone sales or internal sales
• Essential: Swiss German (dialect) and French skills are an advantage
• Very good MS Office user skills
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact and confident telephone manner
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and reliable working style with clear focus
