Customer & Sales Support 80% - 100% (w/m/d)

For our client in Baar in the canton of Zug, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented individual for internal sales support. In this role, you will take on a central interface function between customers, purchasing, field sales and international locations, significantly contributing to professional support and smooth order processing. We are seeking a person who enjoys operational day-to-day business, takes responsibility and is at the same time open to the further development of processes and digital solutions. Responsibilities

• Processing incoming orders from customers in various international markets
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations as well as accompanying ongoing customer enquiries
• Telephone and written support of customers and contacts at international locations in German and English
• Coordination of delivery options and scheduling requests with purchasing and relevant departments
• Close cooperation with field sales on customer-related matters and ongoing business transactions
• Support with complaints and assistance in resolving delivery, product or order issues
• Maintenance and updating of existing customer master data as well as checking for completeness and accuracy
• Participation in the introduction and implementation of new workflows within internal sales
• Support in the further development of ERP, CRM and other digital work tools
• Communication with logistics partners and freight forwarders for international deliveries and special shipping requirements

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in an international environment
• Completed commercial basic training EFZ or comparable education/training
• Routine in handling customer enquiries, orders and associated administrative processes
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and service-oriented collaboration
• Very good German skills as well as English skills at least at B2 level (fluent)
• French skills are an advantage, plus any additional language is a plus
• Interest in digital topics and modern work tools
• User knowledge in ERP, CRM and Microsoft Office as well as experience with solutions such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics D365, Salesforce, Abacus or comparable business systems is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and structured working style
• Resilient and proactive personality who feels comfortable in operational day-to-day business and actively supports change
