This is what you can achieve.

• As an estimator, you are responsible for reliable calculations and convincing offers based on tenders and project documents, thus laying the foundation for economically successful projects.
• In project controlling, you monitor costs, support project managers in steering, and prepare reliable forecasts.
• You conduct post-calculations and billing in a structured manner and check the order preparation for completeness, conditions, and compliance with standards.
• You assess incoming offers, compare services, and conduct negotiations confidently with various companies.

This is what you bring with you.

• With your independent and reliable working style, you combine analytical, forward-thinking with organisational and negotiation skills and keep an overview even in intense phases.
• You have completed basic training in the technical or commercial-financial field. Further training as a technician or construction supervisor or a comparable qualification is present or you are willing to complete it.
• You bring experience in procurement and project management. Ideally, you have practical experience in planning and execution as a site manager, construction supervisor, or in a similar role.
• You use very good IT skills in Microsoft 365 daily and ideally bring experience with SAP.
