Your Tasks

You work independently and are still not alone — you have freedom in organizing your work, experience exchange and mutual support within the team
Your commitment is in the right place — directly at people’s homes. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief
You assist our clients with basic care according to individual needs
You care for and support our clients in everyday life, e.g., you accompany joint shopping or prepare meals
You ensure compliance with hygiene guidelines and also take on household tasks

You have training as a Care Assistant SRK or are willing to complete such training – we support you in this
You are flexible and used to working independently
Even if you are retired, we warmly welcome you
Your several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is not a requirement but an advantage
