About the job

The SAG Foundation is a non-profit organisation based in Schwerzenbach, which implements education and labour market integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland.

In the canton of St. Gallen, we conduct German training for foreign-language job seekers.

For our location Buchs SG, we are looking for a Programme Manager, combined with a teaching role, starting Winter 2026/27 or Spring 2027.

Programme Management / Training Management DaF DaZ German Labour Market (80 - 100%)

Your tasks as Programme Manager

Personnel management and deployment leadership for a team of 10 employees. Organisation of operations at the location and participation in the management team with support from a specialist manager and the central services of SAG.

Your tasks as Training Manager

Conducting training sessions in application skills, PC training and everyday mathematics for foreign-language speakers in changing groups and in self-directed learning with digital media and language promotion methods. Conducting coaching conversations.

Your start

After your start in training management, the handover of programme management will take place gradually.

Requirements

• Training or further education in personnel management
• Completed adult education training (at least SVEB certificate)
• Certificate "Language Course Instructor in the Integration Area" (fide certificate with three further training modules)
• Further training in coaching
