Your Tasks – Responsibility with Scope for Creativity, Depending on Qualification & Own Focus

• You work independently: Case management of your clients with heart and mind in outpatient psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, parents, groups.
• You contribute: to planning and conducting internal and external training (lectures, seminars, workshops, podcasts). You accompany/supervise assistant psychologists.
• You advise in a networked way: internally/externally, specialist offices, doctors, clinics, and authorities.
• Option: Training and further education in Denkland & Spiegelland®, differential diagnostics, giftedness.

Your Profile – What You Bring

• Qualification: Federal recognition as a psychotherapist; all specialisations welcome.
• Experience/Interest: Practical experience, interest in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with common mental disorders (including depression, anxiety disorders) and in supervising our assistant psychologists.
• Soft Skills: Initiative, scientifically interested, creatively hungry, productive, team-oriented, resilient and self-organised personality with sensitivity in dealing with conflicts, who wishes to commit to fairness and successful relationships.
• Languages: German, English skills advantageous.

Flex Salary – Self-Determined with the Plus of ZfB+ Security

We have developed the flex model for our team. The remuneration consists of a base salary and a variable performance-based remuneration determined by the working time arrangement.

The amount of the salary components depends on your education and professional experience. During the interview process, we will determine these according to our guidelines and show the range. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of ZfB+.
