- As a key contact person in the core team, you accompany your patients from admission to discharge
- You plan the nursing process yourself and ensure that the interventions are implemented in the ward routine
- You actively contribute to the development of new nursing services and the therapeutic environment
- What does a ward feel like where people are well cared for? Your ideas flow directly into it
Requirements Profile
- You are a Registered Nurse HF, have professional experience in psychiatry or are transitioning to the psychiatric setting and start with structured induction
- You approach people openly, motivated and with a lot of initiative
- Your communication is empathetic
