Are you interested in leading a five-person team as Team Leader Compliance Operations NP at the headquarters in St. Gallen and helping to shape the further development of our operational compliance area? Our Compliance Department was reorganised in September 2026. Since then, the Compliance Operations team has consolidated the operational topics into three groups: Compliance Operations NP (natural persons), JP (legal entities), and Risk Reviews. With your experience, you ensure efficient and high-quality processes.

What you will achieve
- You lead and develop a group currently consisting of five employees.
- You are responsible for the quality and efficiency of processes in customer openings, changes, and clean-ups. You support your team with professional questions.
- You ensure that legal and regulatory due diligence obligations as well as our internal directives are complied with.
- When handling demanding compliance special cases, you contribute your professional expertise and find solutions for complex issues.
- You critically question existing processes, drive improvements forward, and participate in cross-departmental projects.
What you bring
- A completed banking apprenticeship with specialised further training or a completed degree, preferably in law or business administration, forms your professional foundation.
- You have solid experience in managing customer master data, know the processing procedures for customer openings and portfolio changes, and have already gained leadership experience in a comparable role.
- You are well acquainted with regulatory requirements and standards such as AMLA, VSB, AIA, FATCA, and QI.
- A structured, precise, and independent working style characterises you as well as your ability to make well-founded decisions and communicate clearly. You convince with discretion and team orientation.
- You recognise potential for improvement, constructively question existing processes, and implement optimisations independently and purposefully.
