Trainer / Excel / VBA Developer

About the job

In order to strengthen its teams, Excelsia is looking for an MS Excel VBA trainer and an MS Excel VBA developer.

The two roles can be filled by distinct individuals or a single person.

Status: Freelance (billing based on services rendered)

Activity volume: a few days or weeks per year

Location: Switzerland. Particularly the regions of Lausanne, Geneva, Neuchâtel, Bern, Zurich.

Assignments:

• Trainer: Prepare and conduct training sessions, if necessary qualify the needs before the training
• Developer: Gather and analyze client needs in connection with the Excelsia team, create, test, and maintain applications

Profile:

Trainer:

• Excellent mastery of MS Excel (including pivot tables) and the VBA language.
• Significant practical experience with Excel in a professional context
• Flexible approach and ability to quickly adapt to participant requests
• Significant teaching experience (on MS Excel VBA or other areas)
• Mobile person, residing in Switzerland or immediate proximity
• A plus: mastery of Power Pivots, Power Queries / Get & Transform, Power Maps / 3D Maps

Developer:

• Excellent mastery of MS Excel (including pivot tables) and the VBA language
• Significant experience in defining needs and developing MS Excel / VBA applications
• Great rigor and ability to self-check their work
• Good listening and dialogue skills, flexible approach
• Ability to meet delivery deadlines
• Mobile person, residing in Switzerland or nearby
• Confidentiality
• A plus: mastery of Power Pivots, Power Queries / Get & Transform, Power Maps / 3D Maps
