About the job

Almost 280 employees promote, support, care for and employ people with disabilities in their living, working and residential environments. For this purpose, we offer 148 residential places in various forms of housing as well as 175 workplaces in workshops and a service company. In addition, 90 places are available in the day centre.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT HR DIGITALISATION 50%

Will you help us shape a modern and future-oriented HR department that positions Pigna as an attractive employer and offers professional HR support to employees and managers?

Your area of responsibility

● Management, coordination and implementation of digitalisation projects within the foundation, including Workforce Management System and MyAbacus
● Close cooperation with Abacus as well as other system and ancillary providers, especially on interface issues
● Planning and control of project processes, deadlines and milestones
● Interface function between specialist departments, IT and external partners
● Support in the introduction and optimisation of digital tools and processes
● Conducting system training for managers
● Preparation of decision-making bases and reporting to management

Your profile

● Very good technical knowledge of Abacus (e.g. HR/payroll modules, MyAbacus) is a prerequisite
● Completed training or further education in project management, business informatics, business administration or similar
● Several years of professional experience in managing and implementing digitalisation or IT projects
● HR background knowledge is an advantage
● Strong communication and coordination skills
● Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
