The Human Resources department is advertising two positions for
HR Manager - Permanent contract at 100%
Your mission
Attached to the Consulting division, you ensure the administrative management of the employee lifecycle, from their entry to their departure. A true partner of the teams and a privileged contact for employees, you guarantee the quality, compliance and monitoring of HR processes, while contributing to the smooth running of the service and the continuous improvement of administrative practices.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage administrative processes related to the personnel lifecycle: hiring, contracts, amendments, transfers, changes in activity rate, departures, work certificates and return of equipment,
- draft various HR letters,
- analyse and validate performance evaluations in dedicated systems, ensuring confidentiality and the transmission of sensitive information,
- ensure the administrative follow-up of incapacity cases, organise follow-up medical visits and manage procedures related to disability insurance, integration measures and unemployment insurance,
- monitor the salary plan and monthly salary changes, ensuring compliance and validation of data,
- manage administrative activities related to service rentals: purchase requests, invoice control and processing,
- collaborate closely with various HR units and internal partners to ensure quality service and efficient information flow.
Your profile
- Commercial Federal VET Certificate or equivalent qualification,
- HR Manager certificate or equivalent qualification,
- minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role,
- excellent mastery of HR administrative processes,
- proficient in MS Office tools and good knowledge of SAP-HR, SuccessFactors or equivalent HR systems,
- excellent writing skills,
- organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage several files simultaneously,
- autonomy and initiative,
- very good interpersonal skills, service orientation and team spirit,
- discretion and sense of responsibility.
