Payroll and HR Support 50% (a)

Your responsibilities

• Execution of monthly payroll processing
• Handling social insurance matters
• Support in recruitment
• Management of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintenance and verification of time tracking and absence data
• Organisational support

Your profile/experience

• Commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in payroll processing
• Confident use of payroll systems, ideally Abacus
• Independent, precise, and structured working style
• Fluent expression in German as well as very good oral and written English skills
