Head of Maintenance & Special Cleaning Head of Maintenance & Special Cleaning

who has experience in building structures and teams. We seek a person with drive, experience and foresight who will strategically and operationally lead and purposefully develop the maintenance and special cleaning division.

Your ability to actively shape the growth of a modern service company and build strong, nationwide teams is crucial.

Your Responsibilities

• Management and expansion of the maintenance and special cleaning business area.
• Independent preparation of offers, calculation and presentation to clients
• Acquisition and maintenance of client relationships across various industries
• Recruitment, leadership and development of regional deployment teams
• Development of new services and continuous process optimisation
• Ensuring service quality, profitability and compliance with legal requirements

Your Profile

• Completed training as a cleaning technician EFZ
• Training as a contact person for occupational safety and health protection (KOPAS ASGS)
• Training in the use of aerial work platforms
• Trainer qualification is an advantage
• Several years of solid experience as Head of Maintenance and Special Cleaning
• Proven experience in building and leading operational teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Experience in offer preparation and client support on an equal footing
• Very good German skills, additional national languages, especially good English skills, are an advantage
• Digital skills / IT affinity
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
