Portrait of the School/Institution
The Educational Center for Hearing and Speech HSM Münchenbuchsee is a service center with a wide range of support and counseling services for children and adolescents with severe hearing and speech impairments and their environment.
We educate normally gifted students with hearing and/or speech impairments from the basic level up to and including lower secondary level.
For our speech therapy basic level in Rüderswil, we are looking for you starting August 1, 2026.

Tasks
In a motivated team, you teach children aged 4 to 8 years at the speech therapy basic level.
You design the lessons in a varied and support-oriented way in close collaboration with your colleague and the team.
As a class teacher in the team, you take on exciting tasks; there is also the possibility to take over the site coordination.
Requirements
Ideally, you have completed studies as a school special education teacher or a pedagogical training.
You enjoy and are interested in supporting children with speech impairments.
You like to work interdisciplinarily.
You have a large portion of composure, humor, and perseverance.
You enjoy working in a team and like exchanging ideas.
