Tasted Food AG is a Zurich-based manufacturer of fresh ready-to-eat products for retail and specialist trade throughout Switzerland. In addition, we develop new food concepts on behalf of business customers and currently operate two MARU restaurants. With over 130 employees, we are one of the largest fresh convenience producers in Switzerland.

Do you keep an overview even with many administrative tasks and enjoy working in a structured way? In this versatile HR role, you will take on a central role in personnel administration and support our employees as well as managers in all administrative HR matters.

HR Administration 70% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for personnel administration throughout the entire HR lifecycle, excluding recruitment
• Maintenance and assurance of high data quality in the HR system
• Absence management including sickness and accident notifications is in your hands
• Processing registrations with the compensation office (family allowances, maternity and paternity compensation)
• As a competent contact person, you support employees with administrative HR questions
• Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes

What you bring

• You have completed commercial training or relevant professional experience combined with experience in the gastronomy sector
• Completed training as an HR assistant - HR specialist would be desirable
• You bring 1-3 years of professional experience in the field described above
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English skills
• Basic user-level knowledge in dealing with AI and understanding the capabilities and possibilities of AI (tools and applications) are required
