Sales Back Office Clerk / Export & Spare Parts 60%-80%

You are an important point of contact for our international customers and take care especially of our spare parts business. At the same time, you handle the export processing of our new machines and support the administrative processing of our service assignments.

What to expect

• Processing customer enquiries and spare parts orders
• Preparation of quotations and order processing up to shipping / invoicing
• Clarifications with internal departments as well as communication with international customers
• Coordination of deliveries with freight forwarders and import departments of our customers
• Independent handling of exports of our new machines including packaging, transport and export documents
• Handling of letters of credit and bank guarantees
• Coordination and billing of service assignments

What you bring

• Commercial training
• Several years of professional experience
• Experience in export, ideally in international sales back office or spare parts business
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
• Good PC user skills, especially in Word and Excel; knowledge of Abacus is a plus
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Enjoyment in customer contact and a varied administrative activity
• Team spirit and an open, straightforward personality
