Technical Concierge (a)

Your tasks:

- Independently carry out inspection tasks
- Manage maintenance and servicing activities
- Handle various requests, troubleshooting and minor interventions (Cleaning, green spaces...)
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets
- Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
- Administrative tasks (maintenance planning)
- Manage small repair projects
- Participation in on-call service

Your profile:

- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or equivalent qualification mandatory
- Good knowledge of HVAC and electricity
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in the administrative and technical management of small sites
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of English (an advantage)
- Driving licence (mandatory)
- On-call service mandatory
- Strong service orientation, autonomy and professionalism
- Ease in contacts, strong customer orientation and friendliness
- Cleaning CBA
