What to expect

From our regional office in Zofingen – together with the branches in Brittnau, Oftringen and Rothrist – we serve private customers, private banking and corporate clients. Around 50 committed employees work daily to provide our customers with excellent service and to be successful as a team.

• As a committed person with foresight, you are the operational and organisational support for the Regional Manager and an important sparring partner in day-to-day business. You think along, recognise the need for action and contribute your own impulses.
• From preparation to follow-up of regional leadership and team meetings, you take on a central role: you structure information, coordinate topics and ensure that decisions and measures are consistently pursued.
• You care about supporting our apprentices. With your open manner, you support them during their training, promote their development and are an important contact person within the region.
• Whether staff events, customer events or regional occasions: you take responsibility for organisation, bring creativity and ensure a professional appearance together with internal and external partners.

What you bring

• A commercial education in the banking environment as well as several years of experience in an assistant, leadership support or comparable role within a bank form your basis.
• Discretion, trustworthiness and a professional appearance are natural to you. You communicate confidently, maintain relationships and move confidently at different levels.
• With your networked thinking and your own initiative, you are more than just organisational support: you recognise connections, think ahead, actively contribute and independently drive topics forward.
• A structured and precise way of working, combined with a good sense of priorities, helps you keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
• Digital working methods are part of your everyday life. You have very good MS Office skills, ideally Avaloq experience, as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form.
• You are familiar with the Zofingen region and are rooted in the regional environment.
