Interdisciplinary Outpatient Clinic

Your Tasks and Prospects

• Care and support of patients in the outpatient clinic with a focus on surgery, pneumology and cardiology in close collaboration with the medical team
• Conducting diagnostic and preparatory examinations such as lung function tests, prick tests, ergometries, ECGs as well as blood sampling
• Organisation, planning and assistance during surgical consultations, minor procedures and specialised examinations (e.g. manometries)
• Coordination of patients during consultations as well as shared responsibility for appointment scheduling and a smooth daily routine
• Recording of services as well as performing general administrative and organisational tasks

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, preferably with experience in a hospital setting
• Enjoyment in dealing with patients and a strong service mentality
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience in a lively working environment
• Interest in a varied role within an interdisciplinary and family-like team
